Gaurav Rajput IPS | Revealing of Kidnapping and Murder of a 5-Year-Old Child

The police have exposed the case of kidnapping a 5-year-old boy resident of Haat Chowki area under Manak-chouk police station. The police have arrested a young man and his sister living in the neighborhood in this case. According to the police, the accused murdered him after doing unnatural acts with the child.

DIG Gaurav Rajput and SP Gaurav Tiwari disclosed this very sensational case at the police control room on Saturday. After the continuous efforts and searching more than two hundred houses, investigation of thousand vehicles, inquiries from more than 100 people, with the teams of about 100 police personnel, finally, the police seized the secret of the murder of a five-year-old child of Haat Chowki area. They have figured out that the murder was followed by his neighbor Yohan Sohail after doing unnatural act with the child. His sister Kashmeera also supported him in eradicating the evidence of murder. The police have arrested both the accused.

GauravRajput IPS said that on April 13, a five-year-old boy playing outside the house in the Haat's checkpoint area suddenly went missing. The family searched for him a lot and when they did not find him filled his missing report. After the child's disappearance, the police started the search operation for his search, but despite many attempts, they could not find any clue to find the child. The police continued the search. About ten days after the incident, police recovered the body of the child which was tied in a sack from a drain near his house. After finding the body of the child police found the case more challenging. Police also announced a reward of thirty thousand rupees if somebody is ready to give any clue in this matter.

The post-mortem of the dead child revealed that the death of the child was due to lack of oxygen due to stinging the cello tape on his mouth and nose. As per the reports, there is a probability that unnatural activities were forced with the child. The police started a serious investigated on the entire case. The body of the boy was found in the sack and Police recovered the colored threads which were used to sew the sack. This evidence was examined scientifically. All the nearby places where the tailoring work was done Police searched and enquired their homes.

In between the investigation, police suspected Sohail living near the house of the dead boy. Sohail was detained for questioning, but the relatives of the late child only had him released from the police saying he is not related to the case. Later, in the extensive police investigation, evidence was found against Sohail and when the police questioned him again, the whole truth of the accident happened with the child came out.

DIG Shri Rajput said that the accused Sohail, after watching porn clipping on mobile, got excited and called the child playing outside to his house and performed the unnatural activities with him. After this, he tied the legs of the child with the cello tape and also stuck the cello tape on his nose and mouth. That's why he died due to suffocation. Sohail hid the dead child's body in the washing machine of his house.

Sohail's sister Kashmira was aware of the fact that the child's body was hidden in the washing machine. Later, Kashmira and Sohail together packed Faizan's dead body into two new sacks and threw them into the gutter behind the house. After throwing the dead body in the drain, Sohail kept on pretending that he is helping the family in finding the child. But after a thorough investigation of the Police, his crime finally came out. 

The police arrested the accused Sohail alias Monu, his father Altaf Ansari, 19 and his sister Kashmira, his husband Shakir 25, Ni. Khajarana, Indore Hall, Mukam Haat Ki Chauki, Ratlam. The case has also been registered under the Proxy Act, along with sections like murder, attempt to eradicate the evidence.

DIG Shri GauravRajput said that the police conducted thorough scientific research to expose the accused Sohail's crime. Its DNA samples, mixed with colored threads found on the body, etc. and it was established indisputably that the child was murdered by Sohail. While in a police interrogation, he kept misbehaving several times to woo the police.

Mr. GauravRajput IPS said that this is a very heinous crime, so it will be kept on the fast track. An invoice will be presented against the accused within a week and he will be given a severe punishment as soon as possible.
